Since the controller is based outside the EU, data processing takes place in a third country; the legal basis for the transfer is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) together with supplementary technical and organizational measures.
2. Scope of data processing
We collect and use personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Any further processing only takes place with consent or to fulfill legal obligations.
3. Server log files
When you visit our website, our hosting provider temporarily collects data (IP address, browser, date, time, transmitted data volume). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Retention: max. 30 days.
4. Contact and lead form
When you use our inquiry form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email, phone, project information) exclusively to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
5. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
This website only uses technically necessary cookies that are required for its function. No tracking by third parties takes place.
7. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). A data processing agreement (DPA) including EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. When the website is delivered, connection data (server log files) is recorded for technical reasons and stored for a maximum of 30 days.
