Aurelion Immobilien launched a mix of 5 new-build and 6 existing units in Alzenau at the same location. Challenge: address two very different buyer profiles (owner-occupiers for new build, investors for existing stock) in parallel without cannibalization.

Our approach

Two separate funnels with their own landing pages, visuals and ad-sets per property. Heat-pump and energy-efficiency arguments for new-build buyers, yield calculators and tenant history for investors. Cross-selling in the consultation call.
