Our approach
Story-driven funnel: drone flyover, architectural close-ups, day-in-the-life of a resident. KfW-55 as a secondary argument ("saves €1,200 in heating costs per year"), not the main pitch. Performance ads with custom audiences from Aschaffenburg + 50 km radius.
Result
First notarized sale after 52 days, three further reservations on hold. Lead cost 38 % below industry benchmark for comparable projects.
